Sierra founded Montecito Body at the end of 2014 after leaving the corporate spa world. She is a California Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) #19980 and graduate of the Santa Barbara Body Therapy Institute, the Chikly Health Institute and The Academy of Lymphatic Studies.

Working with private clients and in high-end spas in and around Montecito for almost two decades, she has established a reputation for creating safe, healing, joyful spaces wherever she’s working. She brings a high level of hospitality to her sessions, anticipating clients needs and using only the most luxurious linens and products.

Sierra looks at, listens to, and then treats every person holistically and depending on their goals, recommends further sessions or outsources to proper professionals in the community. She is a wealth of information and freely shares her knowledge of body mechanics, interruption of holding patterns, proper body alignment and the importance of detoxing and cleansing for vibrant health.

With the additional certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C), she is able to assist clients by activating the body’s natural immune functions, preparing for surgeries and recovering from trauma.
